The lake area in the park zone was also modernized.

To improve lighting and power supply, 400 street lamps were installed, 3 kilometers of power lines were laid, and two transformer substations with a capacity of 400 kVA each were commissioned. A special enclosed area for waste collection was also organized.

Following the redevelopment along the renovated street, 30 new enterprises opened, providing more than 120 jobs. This area now features retail stores, restaurants, and consumer service facilities, alongside designated areas for recreation and walking. The daily number of visitors increased from 2500 to 4600 people.

Namangan region plans to continue expanding its service infrastructure until the end of 2026. These projects are expected to create over 450 new enterprises and support the expansion of more than 200 existing enterprises, while creating about 2100 additional jobs.
