Diljit Dosanjh stated that despite numerous attempts to halt his 'Aura Tour,' he will remain in India until December 20th and carry out all scheduled live performances. During an interaction with fans at his concert on Friday, he emphasized that although some people wished to interrupt his shows, 'Dosanjhwala came to India.'
The singer added: 'I want to tell all of you that Dosanjhwala has come to India. This was our first show, and there were many attempts to stop it. But I will be in India until December 20th. Before leaving, we will hold all our other concerts.'
Dosanjh asserted that on Friday, there were repeated attempts to prevent his performance in Delhi. He recounted that he even turned to God about the matter, calling and saying, 'The concert is coming soon... Some people really tried very hard for this concert not to happen!'
Mentioning the weather in Delhi, he wished for clear skies in the coming days. He hoped there would be no rain for the next three or four hours and expressed his love for the fans. The singer noted that he does not pay attention to people's opinions, as he believes they are not worth his time, and assured the audience that they would present a magnificent show.
Previously, the Delhi police had denied permission for the Friday concert, citing security concerns related to the holiday season. This caused disappointment among fans who had already purchased tickets. Following this, the company BookMyShow Live submitted additional security plans to the police for traffic management and crowd control. As a result, the concert in the capital did take place.
