These luxurious individual chocolate puddings contain a warm center of Minnie Chocolate Milkshake Syrup and are best served immediately with vanilla ice cream.
To prepare, you will need the following ingredients: 125g of softened butter, extra butter for greasing, 100g of powdered sugar, 2 large eggs, 100g of self-raising flour, 20g of cocoa powder, half a cup of Minnie Chocolate Milkshake Syrup, extra syrup for serving, a pinch of salt, and vanilla ice cream for garnish.
First, preheat the oven to 180°C. Generously grease 4 ramekins and dust them lightly with extra cocoa.
Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, which will take about 3 minutes. Then add the eggs one by one, followed by gently folding in the flour, cocoa, and salt—mix only until combined, avoiding overmixing.
Divide half of the batter among the ramekins. Place one tablespoon of Chocolate Milkshake Syrup in the center of each ramekin, and then cover it with the remaining batter so that the syrup is completely underneath.
Bake for 14–16 minutes, until the top is set but still soft to the touch. It is important not to overbake, as the pudding will harden upon cooling. After this, let it rest for 2 minutes, then run a knife around the edge and invert the puddings onto plates.
Serve immediately, drizzled with a little warm Chocolate Milkshake Syrup and topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
