The design team provided the description of the Coliseum Place Social Housing building, designed by the firm David Baker Architects. This structure has six floors and was conceived to house 59 affordable housing units.
The development aims to serve low-income families and individuals who were homeless. In addition to the residences, the complex offers social services, including shelters that receive support through the Oakland Housing Authority.
