M3M India plans to increase its portfolio of branded residences to 10 million sq ft by the end of 2026

Real estate developer M3M India, based in Delhi-NCR, has announced plans to expand its portfolio of branded residences from the current 6.9 million square feet to 10 million square feet by the end of 2026. Furthermore, the company aims for an additional revenue of 13,400 crore rupees. This was reported by the company on Thursday.

According to the company's statement, the developer is actively negotiating with several global luxury brands regarding new partnerships in the Indian real estate market. As part of the branded residences strategy, the M3M Black Circle platform was launched—a private club for homeowners in M3M and Smartworld projects.

Event held in Paris

The M3M Black Circle platform made its debut in Paris. There, residents of Jacob & Co. and ELIE SAAB were offered an exclusive program that included meetings with Jacob Araba and Eli Saab Jr., as well as dinners and private luxury cruises.

Robin Mangla, President of M3M India, noted that modern luxury is defined not by what you own, but by who you know and where you are invited. He added that through Black Circle, the company provides access to the founders, designers, and visionaries behind the world's most respected brands, which traditionally remained closed off.

The company specified that as the portfolio expands, Black Circle will extend to all branded residences, striving to provide owners with connections to the people and brands associated with their property. M3M India, together with Smartworld, possesses a portfolio of branded residences that includes three Trump projects, two ELIE SAAB projects, and one Jacob & Co. project, totaling approximately 6.9 million square feet and comprising about 500 owners.

Although other Indian developers offer concierge services to residents, these differ from the global luxury access platform offered by M3M.
