The Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of Uzbekistan reported that following the working trip of the Uzbek delegation to Amman on October 26–27, promising areas for economic cooperation and potential joint projects between Uzbekistan and Jordan were identified.
The delegation was headed by the Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade Laziz Kudratov. During the visit, representatives of Uzbekistan held talks with officials of the Jordanian government and leading companies to discuss opportunities for expanding bilateral trade and investment ties.

A Uzbek-Jordanian round table meeting took place during the visit with the assistance of the Jordanian Chamber of Commerce, gathering business representatives from both countries. At this meeting, possibilities for strengthening economic contacts and implementing joint initiatives were discussed.
The Uzbek side presented its Jordanian partners with information about investment opportunities and the business climate of its country. Priorities included attracting investments, establishing joint production, and increasing mutual trade.
After the negotiations, the parties outlined further steps for the practical implementation of potential projects. However, the ministry's statement did not specify any particular companies, expected investment volumes, or timelines for launching these initiatives.
