Livestock and Poultry Exhibition Concludes Export Agreements Worth Over $1 Billion

Over $1 billion in export contracts and memorandums of understanding in the field of technical and engineering services were reached at the 25th exhibition on livestock, poultry, and related industries in Iran, reported the head of the Association of Animal Feed, Poultry, and Aquaculture Industries of the country.

Majid Ghadiri noted that the economic benefit from these agreements will depend on the continuation of negotiations, the completion of signing implementation agreements, and the execution of all necessary preparatory work for their launch.

He emphasized that turning such arrangements into sustainable economic income will require constant interaction with foreign partners, defining the needs of target markets, and removing obstacles to implementation.

According to Ghadiri, such efforts can contribute to increasing exports, generating foreign currency revenue, and strengthening the positions of Iranian companies in regional and global markets.

More than 400 domestic companies and 17 foreign trade delegations participated in the exhibition. Ghadiri highlighted international cooperation, technology transfer, and the export of technical and engineering services as key areas of potential interaction.

In addition, the event attracted over 25 ambassadors and economic advisors, as well as more than 50 knowledge-based companies. The association head added that the exhibition provided an opportunity to demonstrate the potential of Iran's livestock and poultry industry, identify sales markets, and expand industrial cooperation.
