Five companies, including EAAA India Alternatives, SFC Environmental Technologies, and M K Sons Fine Jewels, plan to launch their initial public offerings (IPOs) next week, aiming to raise nearly 260 billion rupees in the primary market.
The initial offerings of BLS Polymers and Bombay Coated and Special Steels will also be launched during this week. Furthermore, according to investment bankers, other companies such as Gujarat Victory Forging, Milestone Gears, Avaada Electro, Swara Baby Products, Integris Medtech, and AGS Health are also planned.
These companies expect to announce price ranges and launch plans by November 5th, preceding the long Diwali holiday period in Gujarat. During this time, markets and business activity may suffer due to the celebration of Labh Pancham from November 6th to 15th.
The upcoming listings follow an active month in the primary market when Jio Platforms released the country's largest public offering worth 30,213 billion rupees. To date in 2026, 104 companies have raised over 1.4 lakh crore rupees through IPOs, indicating continued activity in the primary market.
The five forthcoming IPOs will begin accepting applications from October 26th to 29th, offering investors access to sectors such as alternative investments, polymers, steel recycling, wastewater treatment, and jewelry retail.
These offerings are expected to support primary market activity as companies attract investor demand to finance business expansion, cover working capital needs, and repay debts, while some existing shareholders seek to monetize their assets.
