The Myntra platform, through its Big Fashion Festival (BFF) event, provides brands with the opportunity to reach customers across India. This year, the festival gathered 21,000 new brands and labels, 13,000 of which participated for the first time, and the total number of styles presented exceeded eight million, double that of the previous season. Furthermore, brands gain access to Myntra's database of over 80 million active users, its technologies, creator ecosystem, and wide national reach.
Three brands—Super Minis, Nayam by Lakshita, and Broadstar—shared their experiences of how the platform helped them expand their customer base by accessing a much wider audience.
Superminis, founded by Amandeep Singh in 2019, was initially conceived as a children's clothing brand helping parents find soft and comfortable clothing for children in the right sizes. The brand joined Myntra in 2022. Singh notes that category analytics and feedback from Myntra regarding what works well and what does not contributed to improving Superminis' products and helped the team plan assortments. Brand building recommendations played a key role in gaining customer trust and affection. During major events like BFF and the End of Reason Sale (EORS), Superminis sales increase by 1.2–1.5 times compared to regular weekdays. A special moment for the brand was Rakhi 2025.
Singh emphasized: 'Rakhi 2025 was a standout moment when our ethnic wear sales on Myntra surpassed the entire revenue of the previous month. This surge in activity during events was made possible because Myntra attracts customers who truly value quality.'
Nayam is part of the established ethnic wear business of Lakshita. Utilizing years of experience in understanding women's apparel preferences, the brand focuses on fit, premium fabrics, and comfortable style. To expand its presence, Nayam began operating on Myntra in September 2023. Access to ethnic wear purchasing trends helped the team make more informed business decisions. In 2026, the brand demonstrated a 45% year-on-year growth. Nayam was able to improve assortment planning, identify opportunities in new categories, and make decisions based on buyer preferences.
The partner portal is one of the brand's most frequently used tools. Its performance metrics help the team identify areas for improvement and make decisions regarding product design and visibility, combining their industry expertise with buyer behavior. Major trade events also helped Nayam attract thousands of new customers, including those outside local markets.
Sunil Harbhand, Managing Director of Nayam by Lakshita, believes that customer expectations play an important role in product development. He stated: 'Myntra buyers are very knowledgeable about what they are purchasing. They consider fabric, fit, style, reviews, and value before making a decision. This inspires us to raise the bar to meet such discerning buyers.'
Broadstar started with Western women's wear, focusing on trendy designs, good fit, and competitive prices. After establishing itself in this category, the brand expanded its range to men's casual wear. It joined Myntra in 2021 to reach a broader audience. Since then, the data received has helped Broadstar understand buyer preferences and expand its product line. The brand currently offers over 4,200 lifestyle styles and uses Myntra's trend analytics to find opportunities for creating new collections.
Major trade events, such as BFF and EORS, also contributed to growth, increasing sales by 1.5–1.8 times during these periods. Broadstar utilizes Myntra's growth dashboard and data analytics tools for inventory planning and faster market introduction of new styles. This helps the team understand what customers are looking for and make more informed decisions regarding product selection. The brand also values access to customers who are attentive to fashion and product quality; their expectations prompt Broadstar to refine its goods and explore expansion opportunities.
For Super Minis, Nayam by Lakshita, and Broadstar, overall analytics has become an integral part of business planning. Superminis applies data to improve its children's wear assortment, Nayam—to guide ethnic wear design, and Broadstar—to expand its product offering. These brands use Myntra's tools to plan the next stage of their development, ranging from departmental management and order fulfillment improvement to trend identification and product development.
