Registration for the 'Inclusive Me Box,' intended for use during the Feira de Santana Micareta, which is the second largest city in Bahia, will take place between November 3 and 13. The registration process must be done in person at the Casa dos Conselhos, located at Rua Osvaldo Cruz, number 167, in the Kalilândia neighborhood.
Due to limited spots, each registered individual will have the option to select up to two days to participate in the event, depending on availability. Furthermore, the right of one companion per registered person will be guaranteed, regardless of whether they are a child or an adult.
The Inclusive Me Box is an initiative promoted by the Feira de Santana City Hall, through the Municipal Secretariat of Social Development and the Municipal Council for People with Disabilities (CMPCD-FSA). With the theme 'Inclusion is also joy' and the motto 'More inclusion, more respect, more citizenship at the Micareta!', the space will be active on the official festival circuit between November 19 and 22.
The selection of the box royalty will take place in October
The selection of the royalty for the Inclusive Me Box is scheduled for Tuesday, the 27th, in Feira de Santana. This initiative aims to highlight representation, diversity, and the central role of people with disabilities during the Micareta 2026.
People with disabilities aged 16 and over can compete for the titles of king and queen of the box. For underage candidates, parental or guardian authorization is mandatory.
Those interested in participating in the royalty election have until October 27 to register, using three methods: in person at the Casa dos Conselhos, located at Rua Osvaldo Cruz, nº 167, Kalilândia neighborhood; via WhatsApp at (75) 99113-7090; or by email at cmpcd@pmfs.ba.gov.br. At the time of registration, it is necessary to provide phone number, full address, CPF, and specify the type of disability.
The theme of this annual election is 'Be the shine of this party!'. The main objective is to choose representatives for the space and reinforce the relevance of inclusion, respect for differences, and the participation of people with disabilities at the Feira Micareta.
