The San Jose dos Campos Administration has expanded the ways to check the schedule for 101 public transport routes to make trip planning easier.
Passengers can now find out the schedules and routes of all 101 public transport lines in San Jose dos Campos by sending a text or audio message to 'Seu José' on WhatsApp at the number: (12) 99710-0156.
'Seu José' performs this task—a virtual assistant of the Administration's 156 service. The user only needs to specify the route name or number to access the work schedule. The request includes routes, stops, departure times, and the number of trips, as well as schedules for weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
The information is provided based on the Operational Service Order (OSO), which defines the operation of each line. This ensures greater convenience when organizing travel directly from a smartphone.
Furthermore, 'Seu José' helps access other municipal services. Through the same number, citizens can open protocols to request maintenance, cleaning, and other urban needs, as well as receive consultations and clarifications regarding the Administration's services.
Virtual support is available 24/7, including weekends and holidays, via WhatsApp—a tool that is already part of people's daily lives. Thanks to 'Seu José', the Administration brings municipal services closer to citizens and makes service simpler and more accessible.
