Ashneer Grover discusses luxurious amenities in penthouses worth 100 crore rupees

Ashneer Grover, former judge of Shark Tank India, showcased life in the elite residential complex DLF Camellias in Gurugram. He noted that people here are paying not just for housing, but for an entirely different lifestyle that includes numerous luxury items.

During his YouTube tour, Grover stated that the complex represents a complete 'urban environment' that is 'nothing like India.' The extensive club house of DLF Camellias features facilities such as an artificial snow room, an indoor pool, two outdoor pools, a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and a gym.

The residents of the complex have access to restaurants, cafes, bars, as well as a banquet hall capable of hosting around 500 guests. These amenities are designed so that daily life feels like a luxurious vacation.

As part of the tour, Grover presented that DLF Camellias offers elements of residential lifestyle such as a bowling alley, karaoke lounge, and private cinema, all located just steps away from the apartments. Furthermore, the complex has play areas, tennis and squash courts, table tennis tables, and a paddle court. The clubhouse also features meeting rooms and private dining areas.

Grover mentioned that he wrote his book Doglapan in one of the clubhouse relaxation areas, indicating that the complex has infrastructure suitable for both leisure and work.

When asked about the reasons for such high housing costs, Grover explained that the true value of DLF Camellias lies in its cleanliness, magnificent greenery, and secluded atmosphere. The complex offers walking paths, private roads, and green areas next to the golf course, including a walking trail over a kilometer long.

It is worth noting that Grover currently resides in Delhi, and his apartment in DLF Camellias is rented out, so a full overview of this luxurious home remains unavailable to the general public.

Central Bank of Uzbekistan Introduces Special Accounts for Entrepreneurs Undergoing Bankruptcy

The Central Bank of Uzbekistan has made changes to the regulations governing bank accounts of business owners undergoing bankruptcy proceedings. Special accounts will now be created for such entrepreneurs, allowing control over funds during rehabilitation, external management, or company liquidation.

In accordance with the updated norms, all transactions on primary and supplementary accounts are temporarily suspended, and funds are transferred to this new special account. Access to these funds is possible only based on a payment order from the client themselves or the appointed judicial manager.

These regulatory steps are aimed at optimizing banking processes and supporting entrepreneurs facing financial difficulties by providing them with the opportunity to maintain financial control and resume their activities.

The changes also affect ordinary citizens. Now, any citizen can request information about all their bank accounts in any bank, not just the one where the main account is held. Furthermore, when opening an account, it is now possible to use a biometric passport for international travel.

Additionally, it should be noted that the procedure for blocking taxpayers' accounts in Uzbekistan has been adjusted: if an entrepreneur disagrees with the decision of the tax authority, they have the right to file an objection, which the court must review within three days.
