OpenAI will provide AI training for civil servants through the Mission Karmayogi platform

OpenAI plans to make approved training materials from its OpenAI Academy available through iGOT Karmayogi, the government's digital learning platform under the Mission Karmayogi initiative. This program will cover eligible employees in both central and state governments, as well as union territories.

According to information from New Delhi, Artificial Intelligence (AI) training will be accessible to Indian civil servants. OpenAI is collaborating with Karmayogi Bharat to implement AI courses on the Central Government's iGOT Karmayogi platform, which already has over 17 million registered civil servants across the country.
