The most outstanding aspect of this recruitment drive is the salary level. The compensation paid will depend on the candidate's placement. The annual Cost to Company (CTC) package for GM and Chief AI Officer can reach 160 lakhs (1.60 crore). For all DGM positions, the figure is set at 120 lakhs (1.20 crore). For the AI Solution Architect and Enterprise AI Architect positions, the annual CTC can be up to 90 lakhs. This package includes a fixed salary of 90 percent of the CTC, variable pay of 10 percent of the CTC, and an annual increment of up to 5 percent.
