Comer & Beber Experience Event in São Paulo to bring together award-winning chefs and musical performances

The eighth edition of the Comer & Beber Experience will take place in São Paulo from November 6th to 8th. The event will be held at the ARCA space, located in Vila Leopoldina, and will feature 21 establishments that were awarded by the VEJA SÃO PAULO COMER & BEBER guide.

The gastronomic program will include dishes prepared by renowned chefs such as Alex Atala, Janaína Torres, and Erick Jacquin. Additionally, there will be musical performances by artists like Jorge Aragão, Roberta Sá, Tiquequê, and School of Rock.

Gastronomic Highlights

One of the main highlights of the event is Evvai, a restaurant led by Luiz Filipe Souza and Bianca Mirabili, which holds the maximum five-star rating in COMER & BEBER. Visitors can taste the house's traditional salted bomb, and on November 8th, the venue will offer a special lunch for an additional ticket fee.

Janaína Torres, recognized as the world's best female chef by the 50 Best ranking in 2024, will also be part of the program. She presents creations based on the five Brazilian regions, including Paulista couscous made with sardine and shrimp.

The festival will also host a stand from Jojo, Erick Jacquin's seafood restaurant, which shares the title of Restaurateur of the Year with Orlando Leone. Among the offerings at this stand is the salmon ravioli with champagne sago, which can be paired with a national sparkling wine with the chef's exclusive label.

Tássia Magalhães, responsible for Nelita, which was named the city's best Italian restaurant, will also participate. The chef will sign one of the meals offered at the festival's temporary restaurant, alongside her husband, Danyel Steinle, recognized as Sommelier of the Year. The couple is also behind Lita, awarded in the best wine bar category.

The list of participants includes other notable venues, such as Coda, winner in the Revelation Bar category; Pininha, awarded for its drink menu and bartender's work; Broca, elected as the best bar-restaurant; and Ó Pro Cê Vê, which was selected by popular vote.
