Candidates must possess a secondary school certificate (12th grade) from an accredited board. Applicants from the general category require at least 50 percent representation. Furthermore, benefits are provided for applicants from ST/SC categories, persons with disabilities, veterans, and those with higher qualifications, as specified in the notification. Additionally, typing skills are required for some positions.
Regarding age restrictions, candidates must be between 18 and 30 years old as of January 1, 2027. However, rules for age benefits apply to candidates from reserved categories. Candidates from the OBC Non-Creamy Layer category will receive a 3-year discount, and candidates from SC/ST categories will receive a five-year discount.
The selection process will take place in two stages via Computer Based Testing (CBT). Based on the normalized score obtained in the first stage of the exam, candidates will be selected to participate in the second stage of CBT.
