The release of the film 'Ramayana' is approaching, and preliminary ticket sales have begun in honor of Janmashtami. This film is a pan-Indian project that will be shown globally. The production is handled by Namit Malhotra from DNEG, a company known for its high-quality visual effects; his company has already received eight Oscar awards for its work.
DNEG has collaborated with major filmmakers such as Christopher Nolan, Marvel, and DC. Therefore, when Namit Malhotra announced the creation of 'Ramayana' in India, public expectations significantly increased. Nevertheless, some viewers expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of the visual effects in the film.
During an event before the premiere, Yash addressed the audience, asking them to refrain from looking for minor flaws in the film's visual effects. He supported the efforts of producer Namit Malhotra. In Hyderabad, Yash requested: 'Please do not try to find minor flaws in the visual effects or anything else. Such a chance will not come again. If we lose people like Namit Malhotra, we might set ourselves back years, and we will have to start all over again.' He noted that Namit tried to create this film with good intentions and is always ready to accept criticism and suggestions for improving the picture.
Yash also called on viewers to watch the film with an open mind, rather than based on preconceived opinions. He issued a call for unity among industries from different linguistic regions. He addressed all fans, regardless of whether they belong to the Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, or Hindi film industries, and urged them to promote Indian cinema worldwide if they enjoyed the film.
It is worth noting that Yash also serves as a producer of the film 'Ramayana' alongside Namit Malhotra, and he is ready to play the role of Ravana. Besides him, Ranbir Kapoor will appear as Lord Rama, Sai Pallavi as Mother Sita, and Yash will play Ravana. Nitesh Tiwari directed the project.
