A mission was carried out to launch the interplanetary station MMX using the H3 launch vehicle. The main objective of this station is to conduct a comprehensive study of Mars's satellites.
As part of the mission, it is planned to collect soil samples from Phobos, after which the capsule containing this soil will be delivered to Earth in 2031. Additionally, the landing of a small rover on Phobos is provided for.
