According to the regional administration's press service, after the meeting, the parties reached an agreement on further cooperation based on a specific project proposal. Representatives of Mingyuan Silu noted that they took into account the region's population size, its economic potential, and consumer market opportunities when developing this initiative.
The company has been implementing investment projects in Uzbekistan since 2013. During the meeting, it was also noted that the development of strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and China opens up prospects for new investment ventures.
The participants concluded that establishing a duty-free trade complex can contribute to the development of tourism in the region, attract a larger number of foreign guests, and strengthen the international image of the Fergana region.
