The High-Powered Enquiry Committee (HPEC), established by the Supreme Court to investigate all aspects of violent incidents that occurred during protests against the leakage of NEET examination materials in Delhi and beyond in July, has launched a special portal.
This portal is intended for individuals who have suffered violence, including police personnel deployed to protest sites, allowing them to upload their complaints and submissions. The portal (http://hpec.nic.in) is designed to ensure adequate protection for vulnerable witnesses, as well as maintain confidentiality and anonymity if the victims wish so.
Victims and other interested parties are advised to use the portal and upload their complaints or submissions using the appropriate formats.
