According to the National Center of Meteorology (NCM), rain is possible in several northern and eastern regions of the United Arab Emirates on Sunday afternoon due to the development of convective clouds. Previously, some parts of the UAE have regularly experienced precipitation for several consecutive days.
The meteorological authority reported that humidity is expected to increase in some coastal and inland areas on Monday night and in the morning, along with the possibility of fog or haze.
The wind will be light or moderate, blowing from the southeast, and then shifting to the northwest. During periods of increased cloud cover, wind speed may intensify, causing dust to rise, with speeds ranging from 10 to 25 km/h, reaching 40 km/h at peak moments.
The sea in the Arabian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman will remain calm. The highest temperature recorded in the country on Saturday was 41.6°C in Sweihan (Al Ain) at 14:30. On Sunday, the thermometer in Dubai and Sharjah will reach 36°C, while the minimum temperature in these emirates will be 28°C.
