The Minister of Education and Science of Uzbekistan, Erkindjon Turdimov, analyzed the current state of preschool and school education, existing problems, and proposals for improving the quality of education.
During the meeting, representatives of relevant departments presented reports and practical initiatives aimed at improving the educational process. Special attention was paid to the comprehensive development of children in preschool institutions and ensuring their readiness for school enrollment.
In the field of general secondary education, discussions focused on raising educational standards and deepening students' understanding of school subjects. Another important agenda item was increasing the prestige and social status of teaching staff.
Participants also considered ways to reduce excessive paperwork for teachers and significantly cut down on the number of meetings held by leaders of the education system. It is expected that the adopted measures will allow teachers to dedicate more time directly to teaching, thereby improving the quality of education and developing each child's individual abilities.
