The health of 32 children deteriorated in the Bhimpur area of Madhya Pradesh after they consumed milk and bananas. The children were hospitalized at the local public medical center for treatment.
Parents reported that the children were provided with milk, bananas, and barbati seeds by the Kutir organization under the Family Education Foundation.
The situation occurred in the village of Bhadri, which falls under the jurisdiction of the Chikhli rural administration in the developed Bhimpur area. After consuming the milk, bananas, and barbati seeds provided by the Kutir Family Education Foundation, 32 children began experiencing vomiting, which necessitated the urgent transport of all affected individuals to the hospital.
Upon receiving information about the incident, administrative bodies and the health department responded promptly. Senior officials, including the SDM and CMHO, visited the Bhimpur public medical center to inquire about the children's treatment progress. The good news is that the condition of all children is currently assessed as stable.
CMHO Betul, Sanjeev Sharma, stated that the children had consumed milk, bananas, and barbati seeds from the Kutir organization under the Family Education Foundation. Vomiting started in the children after consumption, and they were taken to the public medical center. He added that all conditions have stabilized, and a sample of the milk was taken for analysis.
Sumart Kasde, who brought his child to the hospital, recounted that his child attended Kutir, where he was given milk and a banana. Afterward, he went to school where he ate nothing, and learned from the school that other children were experiencing vomiting, prompting him to bring him to the hospital.
