Today is scheduled for the announcement of financial results for the second quarter of the fiscal year 2026-27 (Q2FY27) by 49 firms. Among them are Jio Financial Services, Wipro, Nestle India, Polycab, D B Corp, HDFC AMC, HDFC Life, Indian Bank, and Angel One.
Analysts predict moderate results for Wipro in Q2FY27. Revenue is expected to grow by approximately 8% year-over-year (Y-o-Y). Specifically, Axis Direct forecasts Wipro's revenue growth at 8.4% Y-o-Y to INR 24,601 crore, while net profit is expected to increase by 2.6% quarter-over-quarter (Q-o-Q) to INR 3,445 crore. PL Capital anticipates a 0.5% decline in IT services revenue in constant currency, with total revenue estimated at INR 24,910 crore. Both brokerage firms expect an improvement in EBIT margins to 16.4%, supported by currency advantages, increased cost efficiency, and no salary hikes, although this is partially offset by an increase in trading volume.
Forecasts for Nestle
Regarding Nestle India, brokers anticipate significant growth in revenue and profit in Q2FY27. This growth is supported by stable consumption, healthy sales volume growth, selective price increases, and product premiumization. Axis Direct forecasts revenue growth of 20.1% Y-o-Y to INR 6,765 crore and EBITDA growth of 29% to INR 1,595 crore. HDFC Securities expects revenue growth of 21% to INR 6,809.2 crore and EBITDA growth of 30% to INR 1,608 crore. Both brokers believe that the EBITDA margin will expand to approximately 23.6–23.7%, thanks to lower coffee prices and improved sales mix. Furthermore, Motilal Oswal Financial Services forecasts revenue growth of 21% to INR 6,805.2 crore, with adjusted net profit increasing by about 38% to INR 1,026.7 crore.
