According to stock exchange filings, the HCLTech board of directors will consider the possibility of declaring a third interim dividend for the 2027 fiscal year. The company has already paid cumulative dividends of ₹36 in the current fiscal year. HCLTech is expected to show growth in profit and revenue in the low to mid double digits in Q2FY27, supported by the activation of the deal with Guardian Life and seasonal resilience.

Kotak Institutional Equities forecasts that HCLTech's adjusted net profit will grow by 15.1% year-over-year (Y-o-Y) and 6% quarter-over-quarter (Q-o-Q), reaching ₹4,901.3 crore. Revenue is projected to grow by 12.7% Y-o-Y to ₹36,012.8 crore.
Axis Direct expects this IT giant's revenue to increase by 11% Y-o-Y to ₹35,443 crore, while profit is expected to rise by 15.9% to ₹4,910 crore. Furthermore, Jefferies forecasts a 2.7% quarter-over-quarter revenue growth in constant currency, including about 100 basis points of inorganic contribution. It also anticipates a 2.5% growth in service revenue and 4% in software revenue, both figures calculated on a quarter-over-quarter constant currency basis.

At the opening on Monday, the Sensex and Nifty 50 indices rose as traders assessed ambiguous global signals. The Sensex increased by 318 points, or 0.46%, trading at 72,802, while the Nifty 50 gained 72 points, or 0.32%, in pre-market trading, closing at 22,593.
