Opportunity for 10th-grade graduates, benefits for ST candidates

Written exam starts on November 19

The official MPESB portal indicates that the MP Police Constable Recruitment Test 2026 will begin on November 19, 2026. The application deadline is October 6, and the last day for making corrections after payment is October 11, 2026. 2. Intellectual Abilities and Mental Aptitude — 30 marks. This section will test the candidate's logical and intellectual abilities. Preparation can involve puzzles, logical deductions, decision-making, and other tasks based on mental aptitude.

3. Science and Simple Arithmetic — 30 marks. This section will contain questions on basic science and simple mathematics. For mathematics, it is useful to prepare on fundamental topics such as number systems, percentages, average, profit-loss, time, and work.

It should be noted that the listed thematic points are intended to provide an understanding of the preparation direction and do not constitute a fixed list of questions specified in the official notification.

Passing only the written exam is not enough

Selection for the MP Police Constable position depends not only on the CBT results. After the written exam, candidates must undergo a Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and a Physical Standard Test (PST). It is important that the PET is scored out of 100, and its results play a significant role in the selection process. The PET includes running 800 meters, long jump, and shot put.
