A delegation from the Fergana Region of Uzbekistan, led by regional governor Khayrullo Bozorov, has arrived in Saudi Arabia for a working trip. The main goal of the visit is to strengthen cooperation in the field of investment and implement joint projects.
According to the approved program, meetings with representatives of official circles of Saudi Arabia and company executives are scheduled in Riyadh. The central point of the trip will be the development of investment ties and the launch of common initiatives.
Uzbekistan and Saudi Arabia are actively developing interaction in political, trade, economic, and investment spheres. Mutual visits and high-level meetings contribute to strengthening bilateral relations.
It should be noted that Saudi Arabia is one of the largest investors in the economy of Uzbekistan. Both countries also cooperate on international platforms, including within the framework of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
