From January to September 2026, the electronic platform E-auksion facilitated the realization of assets totaling 15.3 trillion UZS. The total initial value of all lots listed during this period reached 52.8 trillion UZS.
Information from the State Assets Management Agency
This data was presented on October 8 at a press conference organized by the State Assets Management Agency. According to the agency, 926 new state assets were listed on the platform. Additionally, over 6.1 thousand state property objects were put up for rent, along with more than 32 thousand land plots, over 30,000 of which belonged to agricultural and dehqan farms.
The agency also noted a significant increase in interest in the platform: the number of registered auction participants exceeded 3 million people, and the total number of website visitors surpassed 6 million. It is projected that this figure could rise to 7 million by the end of 2026.
For comparison, in 2021, assets with an initial value of about 10 trillion UZS were listed through E-auksion, while in 2025, this amount reached 43.8 trillion UZS. Last year, assets worth 18.6 trillion UZS were realized.
Plans for Platform Development Using Artificial Intelligence
During the press conference, plans were unveiled to modernize E-auksion by integrating artificial intelligence technologies. Work is currently underway to improve the mobile application and implement voice search, which will allow users to describe the desired object or vehicle, and the system will suggest corresponding lots.
The launch of an AI operator to support users, as well as an AI Trainer module to train both employees and clients, and an AI Inspector designed to detect potential manipulation in auctions are planned. Developers believe that this system can identify suspicious activity and contribute to applying restrictions to dishonest participants.
Furthermore, the agency intends to introduce tools for analyzing anomalies and technical failures in the platform's operation, as well as automating the process of preparing monthly and quarterly reports on auction results.
Changes will also affect E-auksion Shop. Currently, this marketplace is primarily used for selling property seized by customs and tax services. The agency plans to rebrand and expand the marketplace's functionality to attract the private sector.
Existing platform features include the ability to display objects on a map, recommendations for similar lots, and additional user information tools. The agency did not disclose precise timelines for the start of the new AI tools.
Previously, there was information about Uzbekistan's plans to put state assets with a total value of about 100 trillion UZS up for auction, including shares in companies, real estate, and land plots.
