In Vedic astrology, Mercury, which is considered the main factor for intellect, speech, trade, logic, mathematics, and communication, plays a key role. When Mercury changes its movement or becomes retrograde (backward), it directly affects our communication style, financial decisions, and business strategies.
According to Panchang calculations, on October 24, 2026, Mercury will begin moving in a retrograde direction. However, in astrology, planetary movement backward does not always bring negativity; often it helps complete old unfinished plans and brings unexpected profit. This retrograde motion of Mercury will be very favorable for a certain group of signs, promising these people career and business growth that exceeds expectations.
For Aries
For representatives of the Aries sign, Mercury's retrograde motion will be a true blessing. During this period, your communication skills will significantly strengthen, allowing you to easily influence people in the professional sphere. Relief from financial difficulties and strong chances of recovering frozen funds are also expected.

Mercury's retrograde motion brings success in many areas of life for Cancer representatives. Employees will receive full support from management at work. The desire for a promotion or transfer to a desired position may be fulfilled. Decisions made during this period regarding old investments or real estate will yield positive results. Furthermore, well-being will be maintained in family life, and a sense of peace will be felt.
For Aquarius
For Aquarius natives, this transit of Mercury will contribute to strengthening both their career and financial situation. There are signs of a significant increase in your income. Entrepreneurs may reach a new level in the market. Students preparing for entrance exams and those engaged in intellectual work will receive deserved and brilliant rewards for their efforts. You will make every decision with greater deliberation, leading to success.
