Villa Brunetti, an open subdivision conceived by THL Urbanizadora e Incorporadora, was created to cater to people interested in investing, building, or living in a location that harmonizes high quality of life, proximity to nature, and great appreciation potential.

This development features 216 lots, designated for both residential and commercial purposes. It boasts meticulously planned infrastructure and a detailed urbanistic project, aiming to add value to every area while offering comfort, functionality, and multiple options for various types of investors and residents.

Located in the Jardim Andira neighborhood of Campos do Jordão, Villa Brunetti benefits from a strategic location that combines the peace of nature with the practicality of urban life. The development is only 2.5 kilometers from Parque Capivari, the city's main tourist attraction, ensuring easy access to services, gastronomy, and leisure without sacrificing the tranquility typical of the Serra da Mantiqueira.

The negotiation conditions have been structured to increase the chances of purchase, offering greater flexibility to the consumer. The process becomes simpler and more accessible as it does not require credit checks or income verification. Among the available options, the possibility of starting with only 5% of the lot's value stands out, with the remainder financed by the developer for up to 240 months, in addition to the alternative of 20 annual installments, promoting a financial planning more suitable to each buyer's goals.

In addition to financial facilities, Villa Brunetti offers payment methods that adapt to different life realities and moments, allowing each client to realize their projects.

Villa Brunetti has obtained approval and regularization from the competent authorities, having been planned in strict compliance with all technical, urbanistic, and environmental standards pertinent to the development. This development demonstrates THL's commitment to maintaining responsibility, transparency, and respect for the region's natural characteristics.

Construction is underway, and the infrastructure is already being built, with approximately 20% of the final execution completed. This progress materializes THL's commitment to turning planning into reality, ensuring that each phase is executed with attention to detail and responsibility. For future owners, monitoring this evolution means having the security of investing in a project that progresses tangibly, increasing its value over time.

THL Urbanizadora e Incorporadora, responsible for Villa Brunetti, brings with it the experience of a company that, since 2011, has contributed to urban transformation in several cities in the Vale do Paraíba. Its operation is based on planning, infrastructure, and space appreciation, developing projects that foster sustainable growth and improve quality of life.

Acquiring a plot in this planned subdivision represents more than a real estate transaction; it is the beginning of a life project. In the charming setting of the Serra da Mantiqueira, Villa Brunetti unites privileged location, well-planned infrastructure, and high appreciation potential for those seeking to build their future with security, tranquility, and quality of life.

IGArchitects' Casa do Vazio Project in Rural Village of Ibaraki

The project team described Casa do Vazio, a residence located in a quiet rural village in Ibaraki prefecture. This project was conceived as the permanent home for a middle-aged couple, serving as an expansion of an already established main house.

The objective of the project was to integrate with the subtle scale of the neighboring settlement and the vast surrounding rural landscape, thus creating a new living space.

At the heart of the house is a 'void space.' This area has no predefined function; instead, it establishes a relationship of distance and connection between the different communal environments. This allows the house to function as a cohesive whole.

The individual rooms are arranged around this void, maintaining mutual perception through it, but without establishing direct links, ensuring that each space remains preserved as an autonomous living area.

Additionally, when someone occupies this central space, their gaze and perception are not restricted to the interior, but are naturally directed outwards. Despite occupying the central position, the space is not configured as an isolated core; on the contrary, it draws daily routine inside while projecting awareness to the surrounding environment, functioning as an open area both internally and externally.

In this context, the term 'void' does not imply total absence. The void space, although being the focal point of the architecture, also integrates adjacent rooms and extends to the external environment. The distinctions between inside and outside, center and periphery, are not static but fluid due to these interconnections.

This space concentrates inward-facing life while simultaneously opening it up to the surrounding landscape and existing buildings, managing to balance functions that might seem contradictory. A residence is gradually shaped by the accumulation of daily activities, and its meaning and use can never be completely defined at the initial stage of the project.

In this specific undertaking, the central void space is conceived as a core capable of receiving the transformations inherent to life and the passage of time, maintaining a persistent strength that remains stable even with the evolution of life around it.
