Du Pay is transitioning to a subscription model for its money transfer services

The CEO of Du Pay announced that the service will soon launch a subscription model, transforming from a pure money transfer service into a fintech product focused on lifestyle engagement.

Roberto Mancone, CEO of Du Pay, which is the digital payments division of the telecommunications company du, reported the company's shift from a fintech transfer model to a fintech lifestyle engagement model.

According to Mancone, a low-cost subscription model is planned for Du Pay users. This model will provide benefits to users even when a money transfer is not being made.

The CEO noted: 'We are trying to launch some kind of subscription model; we are trying to apply a minimal cost. Even if they do not send money, we at least try to provide bonuses in the form of cashback if they use the card, if they buy telecom company products, some transfers are free, some discounts on SIM cards.'

He added that such benefits help win customer loyalty, and this practice is widely used among other telecommunications service providers.

Business Development Bank introduced the 'Business 24/7' digital platform for customer service

The Business Development Bank has implemented a new digital system, 'Business 24/7', designed to serve both legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.

This new platform serves as one of the bank's main digital channels for business support. It allows entrepreneurs to independently perform most banking tasks remotely, including account management, making payments, monitoring cash flow, and using other banking services.

Currently, the 'Business 24/7' platform has attracted 25 thousand users. Clients can use it to open accounts online without visiting a branch, as well as apply for loans or deposits, receive reports and certificates, and manage their accounts and make payments.

A significant portion of transfers and operations in the system is available 24/7, allowing entrepreneurs to monitor the financial status of their business regardless of bank office working hours.

The launch of 'Business 24/7' is part of the digital transformation process led by the Business Development Bank. The goal of this transformation is to expand the range of banking services available to entrepreneurs in an online format, eliminating the need for a personal visit to a branch.

When creating the platform, developers paid close attention to optimizing the customer journey and minimizing the steps required to perform standard daily banking operations. In the future, the functionality of 'Business 24/7' is planned to be expanded by adding new digital products and services for businesses.

The Business Development Bank continues its course of transferring key banking processes into electronic format, thereby increasing the convenience and accessibility of services for entrepreneurs.
