Russian delegation visited textile complex in Fergana region of Uzbekistan

A Russian delegation, arriving in the Fergana region as part of the third meeting of the Council of Regions of Uzbekistan and Russia, visited the Global Textile Infinity textile cluster in Kuchtev.

This enterprise covers the entire production cycle, including the manufacturing of yarn and fabrics, as well as the output of finished goods for export to foreign markets.

During the visit, the company founder, Muzaffar Razzakov, presented the Russian delegation with information about the enterprise's activities, its production capacities, and the technologies used. Approximately 1600 people are employed at the facility.

The production processes utilize modern technologies, and product quality control is carried out in accordance with international standards. The enterprise's laboratories ensure a scientific approach to production and quality control.

Finished textile products are exported to countries such as Turkey, China, the United Arab Emirates, Tajikistan, and other states. Representatives of the Russian delegation familiarized themselves with the production organization and discussed opportunities for expanding industrial cooperation between the regions of Uzbekistan and Russia.

Regional Russian delegations, having visited the Fergana region, toured the Youth Industrial and Entrepreneurial Zone of Margilan. There, they familiarized themselves with an exhibition of leather goods and footwear created by local entrepreneurs.

The exhibition featured products from 60 city entrepreneurs working in the leather and footwear industry. Margilan possesses significant experience in the production of leather goods. The accumulated potential of the industry, combined with modern production capabilities, is used to develop new types of products and implement production projects.

Approximately 30 projects are currently underway in the Youth Industrial and Entrepreneurial Zone, some of which specialize in the production of leather goods and footwear. During the exposition, representatives from Russian regions studied the range of goods produced by local entrepreneurs and also familiarized themselves with the production technologies.

Participants noted that leather products and footwear from Margilan are in demand on foreign markets. The exhibition provided an opportunity to demonstrate the potential of the city's leather industry to Russian delegations, as well as create conditions for forming new partnerships and expanding access for local products to international markets.
