Mandic has started the registration period for the 2027 Medicine Entrance Exam, allowing candidates to use their scores from the National High School Examination (ENEM). Spots are available for the first semester of 2027 at the campuses located in Campinas, Araras, and Limeira, in the state of São Paulo (SP), as well as at the Sertão Medical School in Arcoverde (PE).
In this admission modality, taking a specific test is not required; the selection is entirely based on the performance demonstrated by the candidate in the ENEM. A total of 69 spots have been made available for those who choose to compete with their ENEM score.
Scores from any edition of the ENEM conducted from 2010 onwards can be used, up to the most recent one whose results have already been released. The candidate must specify in the registration form the year of the exam they intend to use in this selection process.
The final score used for evaluation is calculated as the arithmetic mean of the five tests administered in the ENEM: Languages, Human Sciences, Natural Sciences, Mathematics, and Essay. In case of a tie between candidates, priority will be given to the one who obtained the highest score in the Essay. If the tie persists, the decisive criterion will be the applicant's age. It is important to note that candidates who present a zero score in the Essay will be automatically disqualified.
The distribution of spots per campus is as follows: Campinas has 30 spots, Araras offers 13 spots, Limeira has 11 spots, and the Sertão Medical School in Arcoverde (PE) has 15 spots.
Participants in the ENEM modality also have the opportunity to apply for the Academic Merit Scholarship, which grants a discount of up to 50% on the monthly fee. This benefit is intended for the top performers in each campus, provided the candidate has achieved an average of 650 points or higher in the ENEM. Participation in this scholarship contest is automatic and does not require a separate registration.
The registration procedure must be done exclusively online, through the portal https://vestibular.slmandic.edu.br/vestibular-medicina-mandic/. The process involves accessing the entrance exam page, filling out the form indicating the desired faculty and the ENEM modality, providing the year of the ENEM to be used, and finally making the payment of the registration fee, which is R$ 250.00 for all campuses. Payment can be made via bank slip, PIX, or credit card, and registration is only confirmed after proof of payment. Those interested in the Sertão Medical School can also access the process via the address https://vestibular.medicinadosertao.com.br/login.
Unlike traditional entrance exams with a single results announcement date, the selection at Mandic occurs in bi-weekly cuts. Paid and duly approved registrations are processed until 11:59 PM on Sunday, and subsequently, on Tuesdays, the institution publishes a new list of approved and summoned candidates for enrollment. Those who are not classified in a particular cut automatically move to the waiting list, retaining the right to compete in subsequent cuts with the same score, without needing a new registration or payment.
The selection process will end immediately after all available spots are filled. For this reason, it is recommended that interested parties do not postpone their registration. Summoned candidates have a period of two business days to enroll, which is entirely digital. To complete the enrollment, it is essential that the candidate has completed high school and turned 16 years old by the start of classes, scheduled for February 1, 2027.
