Ola Electric founder, Bhavish Aggarwal, supported the upcoming IPO of Ola Electric worth 1,000 crore rupees, promising to contribute 4.32% of his stake in the electric vehicle manufacturer to finance his participation. This move followed the Ola Electric board of directors approving the plan to raise new capital through partially paid shares and appointing Deepa Bansal as the new Chief Compliance Officer to strengthen corporate governance.

According to documents filed with the stock exchange on Sunday, Aggarwal pledged 20 crore shares as collateral for unsecured debt obligations issued by Krutrim Data Centre Private Limited—an unrelated holding company owned by Aggarwal—to CTL Trusteeship Limited. The company clarified that the shares are not being sold, there are no other pledges on his assets, and Aggarwal will subscribe to the offering on the same terms as all other shareholders.

DigiCert introduced the DigiCert Partner Network—a global initiative designed to help partners provide, manage, and scale digital trust solutions across six different business models, including a specialized MSP program. This network, built on the DigiCert ONE platform, allows partners to go beyond basic certificate lifecycle automation and engage in high-growth areas such as PKI modernization, software and device security, AI-driven trust, and the transition to post-quantum cryptography, opening up revenue streams from services.

Together, these locations add approximately 2.25 lakh square feet and over 4500 workspaces to the company's national portfolio, responding to growing demand in self-sufficient urban corridors.

A separate center in Whitefield, Bengaluru, spanning 1.7 lakh square feet near the Singayyanapalya metro station, offers over 3100 workspaces tailored for large enterprises. In Pune, the Wakad facility, certified under LEED Platinum, adds 55,000 square feet and 1400 workspaces, leveraging proximity to the Hinjewadi tech hub and the Mumbai-Pune expressway.
