All apartments in the elite residential project The Aureva by DLF in Sector 63, Gurugram, have been sold. This project, which is oriented towards the senior citizen segment, generated revenue of approximately INR 1985 crore. The project covers an area of about 4.17 hectares and includes only 172 luxurious apartments. The total apartment area exceeds 400 thousand square feet, and the land area is over 750 thousand square feet.
DLF stated in a Sunday announcement that The Aureva is designed with considerations for luxury, wellness, amenities, easy access to medical services, and social integration.
The Aureva complex will feature a separate, unique skyscraper up to 45 stories high. It offers 4 BHK apartments. Each apartment will be equipped with a separate staff room, a private terrace, and premium finishes. The design of the living spaces also incorporates elements that promote comfortable, safe, and easy living for people of different ages and with various needs. Three dedicated parking spots will be provided for each residence.
Akash Ohri, Managing Director and Chief Business Officer of DLF Home Developers Ltd., stated that the goal of this project is to change the traditional perception of luxury housing for retirees in India. He noted that The Aureva reflects DLF's vision for redefining luxury living for seniors in the country.

Furthermore, areas for community gatherings and other social amenities for residents will be developed.
