The Saltu City Administration is organizing a special debt restructuring campaign for local residents as part of the National Week of Tax Regularity 2026. The goal of this initiative is to provide residents with the opportunity to review the terms for repaying debts owed to the municipality.
The event will take place at two locations: the headquarters of the Center for Judicial Conflict Resolution and Citizenship (Cejusc) in the city center, and at the Atende Fácil point located in the Bela Vista neighborhood.
The negotiation program offers various options for installment payments. Provided that the debt is divided over a period of up to 20 months, the interest rate will not increase. In other cases, the installment option may extend up to 60 months.
Financial regulation helps residents avoid being placed on the defaulters list and also prevents additional costs associated with legal proceedings, including the seizure of funds in bank accounts, confiscation of real estate, vehicles, and other property.
