Baba Bagneshwar urges women not to visit the temple alone due to threats against Sanatan religion

The Director of Bagneshwar Dham, Dhirendra Shastri, issued an appeal to his followers. He stated that Hinduism is constantly under attack in the current times. Due to this, he asked mothers and sisters not to come to Bagneshwar Dham alone.

If for any reason it is necessary to arrive alone, he strongly advises against blindly trusting strangers or temple priests. Furthermore, Dhirendra Shastri warned that there are no special accommodation facilities at the temple, so visitors should not stay there for a long period.

Shastri stated that recently many enemies have targeted Hinduism and its followers, constantly causing disturbances. Therefore, he emphasized that they are not responsible for the entire complex or its surroundings; their responsibility is limited only to the temple and the courtyard. The temple territory covers about five kilometers, and the safety of this vast area is not within their duties.

Baba Bagneshwar cautioned people not to trust any unknown individuals on or around the temple premises and not to go with anyone at anyone's request, as the visitors themselves will be held responsible in case of an incident. He clarified that responsibility for safety within the temple complex and hall lies with the temple itself, but ensuring safety across the entire zone is impossible. He also asked those present to record this message on their mobile phones and spread it.

He noted that he often hears disputes related to various holy places, and that sacred temples are being tarnished. Therefore, he does not want the sacred temple of Balaji to be disgraced. Since people of all types—good and bad—come here, he advises against blindly trusting anyone. If a person comes alone, they should only stay within the temple and its premises, without leaving at anyone's request. He added that installing CCTV cameras across such a large area is also impossible.

Appealing to people, Dhirendra Shastri expressed the opinion that having a daughter in the modern era is akin to a sin. He believes that the time for women is very serious, and daughters do not feel safe either at home or outside. He concluded that times have become extremely unfavorable, so people must be self-aware, vigilant, and cautious, and must also raise awareness among others.
