Uzbekistan intends to form a special working group under the Presidential Administration to create a national concept for the strategy of human capital and continuous education development.
The creation of this group is part of new approaches to improving the education system, which were announced by the President of Uzbekistan when signing the decree on the establishment of the Ministry of Education and Science.
The main task of the working group is to prepare a concept that will take into account labor market needs, promote the improvement of education quality, stimulate competition, and expand the participation of the private sector in this area.
The entrepreneur Zafar Khashimov has voluntarily agreed to head the group. It is expected that the group will include entrepreneurs with experience in establishing educational institutions and effective learning systems, as well as relevant specialists, scientists, and international experts.
The establishment of the working group is designed to ensure the involvement of representatives of the business community, academic circles, and relevant experts in the process of shaping approaches to human capital development and the continuous education system.
