Uzbekugol plans to supply 1.53 million tons of domestic coal to the population of Uzbekistan in 2026

The joint-stock company Uzbekugol JSC intends to provide households in Uzbekistan with 1.53 million tons of domestically produced coal during 2026. The company is gradually distributing this coal among various regions and putting it up for exchange trading.

The first batches intended to meet the needs of households in the Andijan, Fergana, and Namangan regions have already been sold through the exchange. Private entrepreneurs purchased the coal and are currently finalizing necessary contracts to arrange delivery to the respective areas.

After the coal arrives at the warehouses, entrepreneurs will sell it to the public via the electronic platform mycoal.uz. Information about the start of sales, warehouse addresses, available coal volumes, and other important details will be posted separately for each region on this platform.

Uzbekugol advised households to obtain information about coal sales exclusively from official sources and through the mycoal.uz platform. Meanwhile, regional authorities continue to compile lists of households and determine their coal needs.

The company stated that promptly forming complete information on public demand is a prerequisite for ensuring efficient product distribution and timely delivery to the regions. Furthermore, Uzbekugol is taking measures to include domestic coal in exchange trading within the approved balance.

Simultaneously, loading and delivery processes are being coordinated for entrepreneurs who won auctions on the exchange. Uzbekugol emphasized that when supplying coal to the population, the company adheres to the principles of openness and transparency and plans to regularly inform the public about the distribution and sale of domestic coal.
