Three artificial intelligence training programs, conducted by DIO—the platform that connects the global community of AI Builders—in collaboration with Santander and Reclame AQUI, total 35 thousand free scholarships.

These training courses have varied proposals and focus on applying technology in various areas, such as data analysis, customer service, productivity increase, and personal and professional organization.

The programs are aimed at interested parties throughout Brazil, whether they are technology professionals or people seeking job opportunities in this sector, offering specific content, practical activities, projects, and mentor support.

Santander offers 30 thousand scholarships in two AI programs

Santander allocates 30 thousand free scholarships through two initiatives developed in partnership with DIO.

The Santander - AI for Daily Life course makes 15 thousand spots available for professionals from different fields who wish to integrate artificial intelligence into their daily work routine. This program covers about 20 hours of content, teaching about prompt creation, response verification, summary and email production, as well as the development of AI agents and reusable instructions.

At the end, participants build an AI Kit, which includes a task executed by an agent and reusable instructions. The course also features three live mentoring sessions and a certificate of completion. Registration for this program is open until October 12, 2026.

Santander's second offering, titled Santander - Create Your AI Assistant, offers another 15 thousand spots and focuses on creating personalized assistants to aid in personal and professional planning. With a duration of approximately 20 hours, it teaches how to convert objectives into goals, segment projects into phases, manage schedules in Notion, and develop a customized GPT to monitor plan execution.

The final project, called My Plan with My Assistant, requires the participant to start from a real goal to build their planning support AI assistant. This program includes three live mentorship sessions and accepts registrations until November 3, 2026.

Reclame AQUI brings AI to data and customer experience

In partnership with DIO, Reclame AQUI offers an additional 5 thousand scholarships in the Reclame AQUI – Data and AI in Practice program. This training is primarily aimed at Customer Experience professionals, customer service representatives, and individuals interested in technology.

The content of this course has 29 hours, five live mentoring sessions, and four practical challenges. The learning path ranges from using Excel and data base processing to analysis assisted by Microsoft Copilot, dashboard construction, and configuring artificial intelligence agents.

One of the proposed projects involves creating a dashboard using a database processed by AI agents. The mentoring sessions also cover topics such as career management in CX, prompt engineering applied to customer service, and Return on Investment (ROI) metrics. Registration for this initiative closes on October 25, 2026.
