The United States of America has introduced another package of sanctions aimed at critical industrial and transport sectors in Iran. These measures are part of the strengthening of economic pressure exerted by Washington on Tehran.
The sanctions affect major automotive enterprises, such as Iran Khodro and SAIPA, as well as a number of railway companies, indicating a targeted strike against Iran's production and logistical capabilities.
