TVS Motor vehicle sales volume increased by 24% in September to 672,790 units

TVS Motor Company reported that the total sales volume of its vehicles increased by 24 percent, reaching 672,790 units in September. This figure significantly exceeds the 541,064 units recorded in the same month last year.

During the reporting month, two-wheeler sales grew by 23%, totaling 645,955 units compared to 523,923 units in September of the previous year.

Regarding the domestic market, sales of indigenous two-wheelers increased by 17% in September 2026, reaching 482,073 units, whereas this figure was 413,279 units a year earlier.

The company also noted that sales of electric two-wheelers more than doubled in September of this year, amounting to 65,799 units. This is compared to 31,266 units registered in the corresponding month of 2025.

The company's international business demonstrated an increase in total sales of 48%, reaching 180,700 units versus 122,108 units in September 2025. Furthermore, two-wheeler sales in the international segment grew by 48%, totaling 163,882 units compared to 110,644 units a year earlier.

Additionally, three-wheeled vehicles showed impressive growth of 57%, with sales of 26,835 units last month, which is higher than the 17,141 units recorded in September 2025. The company also specified that the total sales volume for the September quarter reached 1.9 million units.
