EasyTap and Verifix create a unified workforce management system for Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan

The Kazakh flexible employment platform EasyTap and the Uzbek workforce management solutions developer Verifix have agreed to establish joint ventures in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

The companies plan to integrate their products so that enterprises can manage permanent staff and attract vetted workers for hourly shifts through a single system. This joint project was announced on September 30, 2026, with the first common clients expected in the fourth quarter.

The new system will integrate shift planning, time tracking, payroll calculation, and analytics for both permanent and flexible employees. Verifix will determine companies' staffing needs based on workload in specific locations and at certain times, while EasyTap will help solve personnel shortages by providing vetted self-employed workers.

According to the companies, EasyTap successfully closes over 90% of urgent requests, including cases where orders arrive just three hours before the shift starts.

The partners have identified several potential business benefits from merging the two solutions. According to Verifix, accurate time tracking allows clients to save about 5% of labor costs, and shift planning based on actual workload can provide an additional saving of 10–15%. Companies expect flexible employment to further reduce the time needed to fill staffing gaps.

EasyTap's clients include Zammler, MagnumGo, Adidas, and Korzinka. For the workers themselves, the system will provide digital employment records containing verified information about completed shifts, as well as data on ratings and income.

The platform will also offer paid internships for entry-level specialists with the possibility of subsequent transition into company staff through the same system. The companies intend to integrate flexible employment with traditional HR records, believing this will make such work more visible and accounted for within a unified infrastructure.

In Uzbekistan, the combined product will be developed by the Verifix team, while EasyTap will lead the development in Kazakhstan. The unified system is expected to unite over 500,000 workers, more than 85,000 permanent employees, and over 700 corporate clients.

Mazmum Tolesh, founder and CEO of EasyTap, stated: 'Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan are allies at the state level. We are doing the same at the level of technology companies, and here 1+1=3: two products, two markets, and one workforce infrastructure for Central Asia.'

He added that the integration should increase the visibility, accounting, and protection of both permanent and flexible work, while making the labor market more transparent.

Mumin Salimov, co-founder and CEO of Verifix, noted that the company will not only be able to identify staffing shortages but also resolve them quickly thanks to the partnership with EasyTap. He added: 'This is the first step towards enabling Central Asian enterprises to manage their entire workforce—permanent and flexible—in one system.'

EasyTap operates in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan. The platform helps companies find self-employed workers for hourly shifts and acts as a tax agent for payments. According to the company, it covers over 50 cities, has more than 500,000 registered users, and serves over 250 corporate clients in the retail, HoReCa, light industry, and agriculture sectors.

Verifix specializes in workforce management for companies with a large number of line staff. Its platform combines shift planning and time tracking with recruitment, HR management, payroll calculation, and employee development. The company reports that its solutions are used by over 480 organizations operating in more than 5,000 locations, employing over 85,000 workers across five countries.
