Specific steps are currently being taken to increase the stability of the uninterrupted supply system of liquefied gas to the population, to improve the efficient use of liquefied gas resources, to ensure the transparency and targeted nature of social support mechanisms from the state, as well as to gradually reduce quasi-fiscal obligations imposed on enterprises participating in the state, and to create the legal and institutional foundations for introducing market mechanisms in this area.
In this area, the Presidential Decree of September 12, 2026, 'On Measures to Reform the System of Supplying the Population with Liquefied Gas and Gradually Introduce Market Mechanisms' was adopted.
