The national boxing team of Uzbekistan, consisting of Feruza Kazakhova and Sitora Turdibekova, won bronze medals at the Asian Games, which are being held in Nagoya, Aichi, in 2026.
Competition Results
Feruza Kazakhova competed in the women's up to 51 kg weight category. In the semi-finals, she lost to Yu Yi from China and ultimately finished third in the competition.
Sitora Turdibekova won a bronze medal in the women's up to 60 kg weight category. In the semi-finals, the Uzbek boxer was defeated by Lin Yu from Taipei, after which she also finished third.
Thus, both athletes from the national team of Uzbekistan concluded their participation in the Asian Games by receiving bronze awards.
