These videos are linked to a certain educational center in the city of Etah, Uttar Pradesh state.
The complaint raised serious concerns regarding the dignity of children, their privacy, psychological well-being, obtaining parental consent, and potential exploitation.
The NHRC instructed the Etah police to identify the involved children and ensure they receive protection and psychological counseling.
