Roasted Soy Shrimp Stir-fry in Tortilla with Salad Dressing

For this dish, the soy shrimp stir-fry is served in a tortilla with the addition of salad dressing. The main component of the dish consists of soy shrimp, which are fried along with other ingredients.

This recipe requires vegetable oil for frying, 500 grams of soy shrimp, 4 onions sliced into rings, bell pepper (a quarter of each, cut into strips), green chili for flavor, half a teaspoon of ground black pepper, half a teaspoon of Aroma, and fine salt to taste.

Additionally, tortilla lavash, Woolies salad dressing, and Nando's peri peri sauce are needed.

First, the soy shrimp are fried in a pan, then removed. In the same pan, the onion is fried with spices until translucent. Then the bell pepper is added and fried for five minutes.

After that, the soy shrimp are added back and continue to fry for another three minutes. While the filling is cooking, a layer of salad dressing is applied to the tortilla and drizzled with peri peri sauce.

The finished soy shrimp stir-fry is then placed on the tortilla and rolled up.

For the tempering (tadka), you will need: a little oil or ghee, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped garlic, 2 dried red peppers, and half a teaspoon of red pepper powder.

Preparing moringa bean dal requires following several rules. It is extremely important to thoroughly wash the moringa beans before adding them to the dal. Furthermore, they should be cooked until soft, but not completely mushy, to preserve the best taste and texture of the dal.
