Despite the establishment of a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to investigate the case and the filing of a First Information Report (FIR) against unknown individuals, students have not ceased their actions. Protesters have now blocked a national highway, leading to a further escalation of the situation.
Police conducted negotiations with student representatives and LPU management on the highway, but these discussions did not yield results. Student demonstrations continue. Copies of the FIR and information about the SIT were provided to student representatives. According to available information, students refuse to listen to the representatives they themselves nominated.
