In his video posted on Instagram, Singh stated that he is in Barcelona, Spain, and rented a three-room apartment there. He clarified that the mentioned amount covers only the accommodation and does not include expenses for food and daily necessities.
The video tour began with the living room, which featured a sofa, dining table, and television. Next, Singh showed the kitchen, equipped with amenities such as a refrigerator and oven. Guests must purchase groceries themselves.
After demonstrating all three bedrooms, attention was drawn to the large open terrace. According to Singh, this terrace is large enough to host a meeting or party for about twenty people. Thus, for 3.5 lakh rupees per week's rent, one gets not only sleeping quarters but also a spacious living room with a large terrace.
