The Ministry of Agriculture of Uzbekistan announced plans for Uzbekistan and Turkey to expand cooperation in the field of training agricultural specialists and implementing advanced agricultural technologies.
A meeting was held at the Institute for Professional Development and Retraining of Agricultural Personnel with representatives of the Turkish company TAYSEN GIDA TARIM HAYV. TUR. MAK. SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. Umut Efendi, Abidan Kylich, and Ugur Erilmaz participated in the event.
The parties discussed issues of professional growth for specialists involved in growing mushrooms, strawberries, tomatoes, and cucumbers in greenhouse conditions, as well as horticulture. Special attention was paid to studying modern cultivation methods and the practical application of international experience.
Participants also considered the possibility of organizing specialized advanced training courses, practical seminars, master classes, and experience exchange programs.
As a result of the meeting, the parties agreed to continue joint work on improving the practical skills and knowledge of agricultural specialists, mastering modern agrotechnologies, and integrating advanced Turkish experience into Uzbekistan.
This cooperation is expected to contribute to strengthening the institute's international ties and training agricultural personnel who possess modern professional knowledge and practical skills.
